About the Role
Assuming the position of Car Wash Site Manager places you at the forefront of our car care initiative. This pivotal role entails the comprehensive oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service, and assisting in the management of a dedicated team of wash professionals. Your role is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction, site presentation, implementing stringent safety measures, and optimizing the financial performance of our operations.
Part-time (preferably Tues-Sat or Mon-Fri) 9am to 3pm, 5 days per week with 30min lunch break each day.

The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ideally a trade background / experience coupled with a robust mechanical aptitude / problem solving.
- Proven experience working in a team environment, preferably within the car wash or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management.
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance procedures is advantageous.
Some of Your Responsibilities
This role will require 3 primary responsibilities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including meticulous adherence to opening and closing procedures.
- Responsible for the periodic maintenance of all equipment, on-site trouble shooting of any malfunctions, and where required the engagement and management of specialist contractors to resolve any faults.
- General cleaning and maintenance of all equipment, grounds, and facilities.
- Efficiently manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and control ordering to ensure stock control/management.
- Assist in the management of operational accounts on behalf of the Car Wash.
- Manage workplace health and safety and security issues.
- Act as the first point of contact, during car wash operational hours, for all emergencies, security breaches or equipment breakdowns. A company mobile phone will be provided to support this role requirement.
- Manage casual staff including conducting interviews, training and performance review, with support from management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of task schedules to optimize coverage and operational efficiency.
- Manage and motivate a team to maximise sales and cost efficiency.
- Quality control & strict time management
- Client relations, including responding to consumer complaints in a timely fashion.
- Develop a detailed understanding of customers and drive sales performance through repeat business, strategic collaborations, and innovative marketing ideas.
- Uphold and enforce stringent quality standards for all car wash services.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain consistently high service standards.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with ownership to maintain and manage all necessary permits and licenses required for the car wash operation.
