ACWA’s Perth gatherings continue to grow from strength to strength, and the final meeting of the year was no exception. Held outdoors at the beautiful Fremantle Sailing Club, members enjoyed one of those perfect Perth days—blue sky, sea breeze and the ideal backdrop for a relaxed end-of-year lunch.
There’s something special about the WA car wash community: the willingness to share ideas, offer support, and come together socially as well as professionally. The strength of the Perth State Meetings continues to grow, with consistently high attendance and genuine enthusiasm from members.
A highlight of the afternoon was a presentation led by ACWA Director, Neil Fox, acknowledging ACWA Business Manager Doug Cross and his upcoming retirement. Neil reflected on Doug’s eight-year contribution to ACWA, his support for operators nationally, and his role in strengthening the Association’s financial position, governance and member services.
The gesture was warm, heartfelt and very well received.
As we close out 2025, ACWA extends its thanks to all WA members who have participated in meetings, events and discussions throughout the year. Your energy and engagement are a big part of what makes ACWA a vibrant national association.
