ACWA members are reminded that a Special General Meeting will be held this Friday, 19 December at 11.00am (AEDT) via Zoom.

This meeting has one critical purpose: To formally adopt ACWA’s new Constitution and ensure the Association remains fully compliant going into 2026 and beyond.
Your engagement—either by attending the meeting or submitting a proxy—directly contributes to ACWA’s strength and stability
Why This Matters
A modern, compliant Constitution ensures ACWA can:
- Operate transparently and effectively
- Protect the interests of all members
- Continue delivering advocacy, events and member services without governance risk
- Strengthen its foundation for long-term growth
This update is one of the most important governance actions ACWA has undertaken in recent years, and it cannot proceed without member support.
How You Can Help
To pass the new Constitution, we must reach a quorum of members.
